Lesson Learned

One lesson that I have learned in the past is not to write on a desk if the teacher tells you not to. Last year in Mr. Bowman's class, like the first day of school he told us we would get in big trouble if we wrote on the desk. But, what do you know, I did it. I don't really know why I did I guess I will never know. About a couple months after I wrote on it though, Mr. Bowman saw I had done it and I had to get swats and right before school started this year I had to sand the sand off and erase my name.
One thing that I learned from this experience is no matter how small of a thing something may seem, If someone tells you not to do it you better stay away from it.

Comma What?

My father had left our house in the midst of a fight between Lindsey and my mother. My mother was trying to get Lindsey to go with her to the Y, to swim. Without thinking, Lindsey had blared, "I'd rather die!" at the top of her lungs. My father watched as my mother froze, then burst fleeing to their bedroom to wail behind the door. He quietly tucked his notebook in his jacket pocket, took the car keys off the hook by the back door, and snuck out.

Gossip Got Your Tongue?

If I triple filtered everything I think that my conversations would be a lot better and their wouldn't be as many rumors spread. I think that if everyone triple filtered their selves everyone would be nicer and happier all the time. I also think that if you triple filter everything people wouldn't gossip about you because you wouldn't of hurt anybody about anything.
People gossip anyway because they are bored of they can't think of anything better to do. They also think that it is fun in a way so they are more tempted to do it. One other reason I think is because people want to know stuff about other people even if it may not be true.

Story Spinners!

As the old man approached my friends and me, we began to realize that he was only passing by. We were all scared of him at first, because he was barefoot and was wearing raggedy clothes we thought he was a hobo. But than we realized he was only passing by and that made us feel a lot better. Once we all finished talking about what we thought the man was doing, we decided that we could take turns riding my new bicycle I had gotten for Christmas. And since it was mine, I of course got to ride it first. Once I had finished it was Michael's turn, and boy was it fun watching him ride. He would wobble and turn and was just crazy on that thing, until he crashed and we had to go inside to let my mom see him.
My mom looked him over in our living room and since it was a little dark she used a flashlight to enhance the light. After she was finished inspecting him she wrapped a bandage on his wounds and we were off to play again. We all decided that it probably wasn't the best idea to ride the bike again so we decided we would have an air-soft gun war. So we picked teams the best player which was James, was elected 2nd captain and the 2nd best was 1st captain which was me. After we were done picking teams we had 4 players on each so we all reloaded our guns and were ready to start the fight.
The way that we play is if you get hit you are eliminated and have to wait until the next game to get back in the team that eliminates all the others 1st wins. My team started strong and shot two of the opposing team but they were not going down without a fight. They shot Michael and my other friend Troy. For a while me and Jacob hid in a shelter and thought we were safe but we were wrong. James had snuck up on us from our back side and he shot Jacob, now it was 1 on 2 I had to do something. I decided I would climb on top of our house and try to shoot them both before they knew what was happening. I got to the spot and my plan turned out to be a beauty I shot both of them before they could even turn around and we had won. But as I tried to climb down off the house I fell and hurt my ankle really bad. We went inside to have my mom look at it again and the first thing she said was "Yall need to quit playing all that gibberish and be careful". So the day ended, but that was one of my best days ever.

Heaven

In Heaven I think it will be kind of like in the clouds. There will be lots of gold and silver and the gates of Heaven will be huge and pure gold. I also think that there is going to be like a hill or mountain and at the top is going to be a huge castle and that's where God and Jesus are going to be. Inside there is going to be everything that you could imagine and things that are beyond your happiest dreams. I do believe that you will be able to see the earth and might be able to watch people on earth. The best thing about it though I think will be the view and how pretty it will be it will be like the view in the mountains except 100 times prettier.
